Determination.
What comes to your mind when you read that word?
This is what I think when I read that word:
Someone who will not give up even under difficult circumstances.
Someone who puts their head down and gets the job done.
Someone who just never gives up even when the odds are against them.
Someone who focuses of what needs to be done and does it no matter what.
These are all good qualities. Qualities that we admire. But are there any negative qualities of someone who is determined?
In other words, in what way could determination be construed as a negative quality?
Someone who is bull-headed.
Someone who is stubborn.
Someone who doesn’t know when to quit.
But whether you think of someone who is bullheaded or just determined you have to admit that they are, at the very least, focused.
